 LACROSSE SPECIFIC SPEED, STRENGTH AND AGILITY TRAINING

  • Develop Position Specific Skills
  • Strengthen Targeted Muscle Groups

This program is tailored specifically to Lacrosse Players

and brought to you by the experts in the field, 

 2 KNIGHTS LACROSSE & TEST Sports Clubs 

and will include:

  • 8 Week Sessions (1 or 2 times per week)
  • Each session will be split, 1/2 Lacrosse training- 1/2 strength and conditioning
  • Times available for Youth and High School Boys
  • Lacrosse skills include shooting, dodging, face-offs, defense, and goalie plays

 

Classes begin the week of  September 11th.
