LACROSSE SPECIFIC SPEED, STRENGTH AND AGILITY TRAINING

This program is tailored specifically to Lacrosse Players
and brought to you by the experts in the field,
2 KNIGHTS LACROSSE & TEST Sports Clubs
and will include:
8 Week Sessions (1 or 2 times per week)
Each session will be split, 1/2 Lacrosse training- 1/2 strength and conditioning
Times available for Youth and High School Boys
Lacrosse skills include shooting, dodging, face-offs, defense, and goalie plays
Classes begin the week of September 11th.
